Sean is a 1992 graduate of Temple University School of Law, where he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Environmental and Technology Law Journal. In 1989, he graduated summa cum laude from Temple University. Sean is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Following law school, Sean was an associate at several large Philadelphia firms, practicing in the areas of medical malpractice defense, products liability defense, commercial litigation and insurance defense. From 2001 to 2007, Sean was an associate at McKissock & Hoffman, P.C., where he focused on the defense of hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers. Sean joined McCann & Geschke in April, 2007.
