Robert is 1992 graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder and a 1996 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law. Following law school he was an associate with two law firms where he represented felony and misdemeanor defendants and prepared and tried commercial and litigation matters on behalf of insurance companies, doctors and other entities. In 1998, Robert joined the Circuit Attorney’s Office in St. Louis and developed the White Collar Criminal Unit and tried numerous white collar felonies.

Robert moved to Philadelphia in 2000 where he worked for German, Gallagher, & Murtagh for approximately six years. Robert practiced in the areas of medical malpractice defense of doctors, civil rights, criminal defense, products liability and municipality defense. Robert now concentrates his practice in the defense of hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Robert joined McCann & Geschke in April, 2006.
